SONOTRODE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND ULTRASONIC WAVE WELDING METHOD USING THE SAME

A sonotrode, a manufacturing method thereof, and an ultrasonic welding method using the same are provided to form a knurling part whose width is 1~4mm and a ratio of the lower width and the upper width is 0.6~1.0 in order to optimize a heat-treatment method, a pattern of the knurling part, and the welding condition, and to minimize damage to a solar heat collection plate. A sonotrode(100) is used when seam-welding a solar heat collection plate with a branch pipe. The sonotrode is heat-treated so that a knurling part(110) installed at an end of the sonotrode has 800~880Hv of hardness. A width(W) of the knurling part is 1~4mm. Thickness of the knurling part is 80~120% of the thickness of the heat collection plate. A ratio of the lower width and the upper width of the knurling part is 0.6~1.0.
