A laryngoscope is provided to prevent a tooth of a patient from being damaged by securing an airway of a patient. A laryngoscope includes a handle(10), a blade(11), a sliding type blade(12), and a lever(13). The sliding type blade of which a part is separated is installed on the blade. The sliding blade is linearly moved upwardly and downwardly. The lever which performs a pulling-back operation is installed on the handle. The lever is coupled to the sliding type blade of the blade. The sliding type blade is lifted toward a shaft of the handle by an operation of the lever. The sliding type blade has a first sliding type blade and a second sliding type blade which are located on an end of the blade which is separated into three parts. The first and second sliding type blades are linearly moved along a slide rail(14) which is formed on a contact part.
