A double steel-plate wall panel and a method for preparation of the same are provided to restrain buckling of the steel plates by forming holes on the steel plate at regular intervals. A method for preparation of a double steel-plate wall panel includes the steps of: cutting two steel plates by the same size; forming holes on the steel-plate at regular intervals, wherein the position of the holes formed on the steel-plates is identical; installing auxiliary members or concrete to keep the space between the two steel-plates, wherein the auxiliary members or the concrete are installed away from the holes; placing connection members, or bolts between the steel-plate with the holes; and fastening nuts outside the steel-plates.
