The device has a support block (1) permitting insertion and position adjustment of an element using conical recess (6), lateral cavity (3) and four inverse T-shaped grooves (5). A plate (2) permits to adjust inclination of the element by sliding on top of the block, where the plate has an orifice (8) at a profile of the element and a lateral cavity (9). Two spring pins are introduced in the lateral cavities permitting to hold the element. Four cornice clips permits to fix an adjusting plate to a support using bolts.
