<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method wherein network traffic is not increased and speech communication quality does not remarkably fall even when performing handover over an RoHC server, to provide a transmitter, and to provide a receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The communication method includes the respective steps of having the transmitter successively acquire packets, deleting a time stamp when the time stamp indicating the time is included in the header information of the acquired packet, successively transmitting the deleted and compressed packets to the receiver, calculating a time stamp increase value on the basis of a frequency corresponding to each kind of the received compressed packet and the data length of the compressed packet, adding the added value of an initial time stamp and a time stamp increase degree to the head of each kind of the received compressed packet as a new time stamp, successively adding the one for which the time stamp increase value is added to the successively received compressed packets thereafter as the new time stamp, and restoring additional compressed packets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
