PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container installable within a range of the view field of a driver and protecting an ETC device from weather, theft and vibration, since the ETC device is affected by the weather and may be stolen when it is directly attached to a motorcycle. SOLUTION: On the bottom of a metallic container having the size capable of storing the ETC device, four through holes are provided so as to be aligned with positions of bolt holes for fixing a handlebar of the motorcycle. A cylindrical surface opened downward is provided on the bottom face of the container. The container having the above configuration is used instead of an upper bracket for fixing the handlebar and the handlebar is fitted with a steering device of the motorcycle.
