<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate whether an operator tries to operate an operation target, and which operation target the operator tries to operate, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This operation estimation device collates an actual posture track that is an actual posture track by the operator with an estimation posture track that is a posture track in an estimation model (s220-s270), and estimates that the operator tries to operate the operation target when it is the estimation posture track having an approximation degree satisfying a prescribed threshold value.
