PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure, its manufacturing method and its management method for managing various measured data on the quality of concrete, construction and after construction of the concrete structure in a simple, accurate and reliable manner and moreover in one lot and attaining utilization in traceability. SOLUTION: The concrete structure has a thin plate shaped IC tag 3 embedded near the surface 1a of a concrete body 1 and near a placed surface 1b so that an antenna surface of an antenna part is parallel with the surface 1a of the concrete body 1.
