PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a narrow portable terminal screen and to effectively display information by enabling a portable terminal to determine the position of downloaded content and drawing the downloaded content in accordance with the arrangement state or the like of an object on the portable terminal screen that dynamically changes. SOLUTION: The portable terminal accesses a position determination rule managing device to thereby obtain content and a position determination rule corresponding to the content when downloading the content such as a balloon advertisement, and determines the drawing position of the downloaded content according to the position, size, state or the like of an object such as a component drawn on the portable terminal screen and the content position determination rule.
