PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent communication quality in an OFDM receiver for processing reception signals modulated by an OFDM modulation method where a data carrier and a pilot carrier are arranged. SOLUTION: In the OFDM receiver for processing the reception signals modulated by the OFDM modulation method where the data carrier and the pilot carrier are arranged, correlation acquisition means 2-6 acquire the correlation result of the time signals of the pilot carrier and the reception signals, transmission line characteristic detection means 7 and 8 detect transmission line characteristics on the basis of the correlation result acquired by the correlation acquisition means, and equalization means 5 and 9 equalize the reception signals on the basis of the transmission line characteristics detected by the transmission line characteristic detection means.
