PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission mechanism in a transmission case capable of changing travel speed in multiple stages and of changing gear while traveling. SOLUTION: Speed of rotation of an input shaft 19 receiving rotation of an engine output shaft is changed without steps by a hydraulic transmission device 1. A high speed and a low speed hydraulic clutch 2 are provided in a transmission downstream position of the hydraulic transmission device 1. A high speed and a low speed change gears 3 are provided in further downstream position.
