When the relationship of battery temperature Tb1 > battery temperature Tb2 is satisfied, a temperature increase request for an accumulator (6-2) is relatively increased. For this, a target power value P₂ for the accumulator (6-2) is decided with a higher priority. A distribution ratio Pr₂ (0.5 = distribution ratio Pr2 = 1.0) is decided in accordance with the difference between the battery temperature Tb1 and the battery temperature Tb2. The distribution ratio Pr2 is multiplied by the requested power value P_S* so as to calculate a target power value P₂*. On the other hand, the target power value P₁* is calculated by subtracting the target power value P₂* from the requested power value P_S*.
