The present invention relates to a method for rapid immunochromatographic detection of a target in a sample, wherein the target is an antibody and/or an antigen, using different colloidal gold conjugates conjugated with a spe cific antibody and some oligonucleotides and their complementary oligonucleo tides and/or antibodies and their related antigens, rapid immunochromatograp hic detection devices, uses of the method for detecting diseases or specific conditions, and a method for the manufacture of the devices as well as a ki t which comprises the devices.
