PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element module excellent in environment resistance.

SOLUTION: This light-emitting element module 1 comprises: a substrate 10; one or more of light-emitting elements 30 disposed on the substrate 10; a control circuit 50 which is disposed on the substrate 10 and controls the lighting state of the one or more of light-emitting elements 30; and a covering resin 40 for covering at least the substrate 10, the one or more of light-emitting elements 30, and the control circuit 50. This brings great reduction in the influence of outer environment on the light-emitting elements, the control circuit and the substrate even under an inferior environment.
