A method and an apparatus of heating a fluid are provided to employ a sensor connected to a controller to sense the temperature of the fluid provided through a passage of a tube. An apparatus(100) of heating a fluid includes a tube(10), a heating part(12), and a controller(14). The tube provides a passage allowing a fluid to flow. The heating part is installed at an outer circumference of the tube. The heating part is used to heat the fluid flowing through the tube. The controller is connected to the heating part. The controller adjusts the set temperature of the fluid heated by the heating part as the operation of the heating part is controlled. The tube has at least one curved part. The tube is made of the mixture of quartz, glass, or silicon.
