<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent temperature rise inside a vehicle caused by sunbeams and adhesion of frost and snow on a windshield. <P>SOLUTION: In this cover, a plurality of magnets 2 are attached to the front side of a water-repellent sheet 1, to cover the outer side of the vehicle windshield. Thus, the water-repellent sheet 1 prevents sunbeams in the broiling weather and adhesion of frost and snow on the windshield.
