A double clutch for a hybrid driving apparatus is provided to obtain a compact structure by allowing an output shaft to coaxially extend by passing through an electromotive device. A double clutch for a hybrid driving apparatus comprises an input shaft(2), an output shaft(4) and an intermediate shaft(6). The input shaft is driven by an internal combustion engine(7). The output shaft is connected with a transmission. The intermediate shaft is driven by an electromotive device(5) and coaxially extends relative to the output shaft. The input shaft is connected with the output shaft through a first clutch (K1) of a double clutch(1). The intermediate shaft is connected with the output shaft through a second clutch (K2) of the double clutch. The input shaft is coaxially located relative to the output shaft.
