PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently edit graphic data formed of multiple layers. SOLUTION: A CAD apparatus 100 includes: a layer displaying unit 152 for displaying elements included in each of layers that form graphic data onto a display means in a superposed manner; and an editing unit 154 which creates a data structure with association between elements displayed on the display means, and also deletes another element associated via a data structure if an element to be deleted from a layer is provided with the data structure for associating elements with each other.
