<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uniformly manage calls formed by a plurality of exchanges, and provide a telephone system and its call control method which improve convenience of ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) operation with a low cost using the method. <P>SOLUTION: A global call ID (Identifier) which is commonly used between exchanges, is newly given in addition a local call ID which is individually given for each call in respective PBXs (Private Branch Exchanges). An IP (Internet Protocol) network 100 gives the global call ID for an event relating to call control, and performs the call control. A server device 10 performs inter-conversion of the global call ID and the local call ID by relay software 12, and hands over the local call ID to ACD application software 11. Inversely, call control information from the ACD application software 11 based on the local call ID, is sent out to the IP network 100 after exchange of the local call ID to the global call ID by the relay software 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
