PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily attach a frame made of a sheet metal to a chassis and easily perform adjustment of an inclined angle in a front and rear direction of an end edge rail part of the frame when the end edge rail part of the frame is used as a lay shaft in a guide device of an optical pickup. SOLUTION: The guide device is provided with a main shaft and the layshaft guiding movement of the optical pickup. The layshaft is comprised of the end edge rail part 71 of the frame 7 made of the sheet metal attached to the chassis 6. An attachment structure for attaching the frame 7 to the chassis 6 has an engaging mechanism, a spring body 91 and an adjustment screw 92.
