PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable door roller and a door equipped with the door roller capable of improving a work well door even though its door frame is distorted. SOLUTION: A door 1 has a door roller 10 having an adjusting function for an amount of sticking out of a wheel which comprises a rotatable door roller main body 6 and a revolution adjusting body 7 capable of adjusting the revolution of the door roller main body 6. The door roller main body 6 comprises a rack 11 having teeth arranged linearly; a pinion 12 interlocking with teeth of the rack 11; and a wheel 14 connected to the rack 11 and is capable of moving in parallel to a row of teeth of the rack 11 by interlocking with the movement of the pinion 12. Also, a rotary shaft 16 is provided at one end of the door roller main body 6, and the revolution adjusting body 7 is connected to other end. The revolution adjusting body 7 is capable of controlling the revolution of the door roller main body 6. In this way, the amount of sticking out of the wheel 14 to the outside at the door 1 can be made variable. That is, any relative slant of the door 1 can be adjusted as required.
