PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier provided with a pressure measuring chamber, capable of restricting variation of a liquid level, so that blood pressure can be more correctly measured. SOLUTION: The blood purifier is provided with a blood circuit, a blood pump, a dialyzer to purify blood flowing in the blood circuit, the pressure measuring chamber 4 to conduct measuring of pressure of blood flowing in the blood circuit, and a drip chamber to eliminate bubbles from the blood flowing in the blood circuit. The pressure measuring chamber 4 comprises a blood leading-in part 4b formed below a housing space 4a to open close to a bottom surface of the housing space 4a for leading in blood, and a blood leading-out part 4c extended to the blood leading-in part 4b to such a position that their openings face each other through a clearance of a micro-size t to open in such a way that an almost all the range of the opening in the blood leading-in part 4b is covered, and lead out blood led in from the blood leading-in part 4b.
