MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, BASE STATION DEVICE, COMMON CHANNEL TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD USED IN THE SAME AND THE PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of transmitting an added common channel of a dedicated service by proper transmission power in accordance with the status of a service desired to be received by a mobile station existing in a cell when the common channel only for a new service such as an MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) is set.

SOLUTION: An effective path determination part 134 detects path delay information having an effective path position closer than a certain threshold α on the basis of the effective path position information 111 to 11m of a path search result outputted from an individual channel receiving part. A determination part 133 determines whether the effective path position corresponds to the information of a mobile station using an added common channel inputted from a signal 103 in the path delay information having the effective path position closer than the certain threshold α. A transmission power setting part 132 lowers the transmission power of the added common channel from A to B when there is a mobile station using the added common channel with an effective path position having the certain threshold α or below.
