PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high heat-aging resistance thermoplastic elastomer composition which can form a molded product excellent in high heat-aging resistance, and to provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is inhibited in the bleed-out phenomenon is suppressed. SOLUTION: The high heat-aging resistance thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 10-60 pts.wt. of a polyolefin (A), 30-87 pts.wt. of at least one crosslinked rubber (B) selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and 3-50 pts.wt. of a softener (C)(provided that the total amount of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 pts.wt.) as well as 0.02-0.3 pts.wt. of a phenol type heat resistance stabilizer (D) wherein the elongation at break measured at 200 mm/minute of tensile speed retains 80% or more of the value before the aging in accordance with JIS K6301 after 500 hours aging in an air oven at 130°C and wherein the softener (C) has an aniline point of 140°C or less measured by the test tube method in accordance with JIS K 2256 and includes 20 ppm or more sulfur content measured by the minute amount coulometric titration type oxidation method in accrdance with JIS K2541.
