<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball 2 having an excellent aerodynamical symmetrical property. <P>SOLUTION: The golf ball 2 has many dimples 8. A surface of the golf ball is divided into eight first spherical regular triangles T1, six second spherical regular triangles T2, and six third spherical regular triangles T3 by dividing lines CM corresponding to sides of a regular icosahedron. An equator EQ is not included in the first spherical regular triangles T1. The equator EQ is included in the second spherical regular triangles T2 and the third spherical regular triangles T3. A dimple pattern of the first spherical regular triangles T1 is different from dimple patterns of the second and the third spherical regular triangles T2 and T3. The dimple pattern of the first spherical regular triangles T1 is rotationally symmetrical and axisymmetrical. The dimple patterns of the second and the third spherical regular triangles T2 and T3 are not rotationally symmetrical nor axisymmetrical.
