PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an distribution type evacuation guiding system using an intelligent type evacuation guiding device. SOLUTION: This evacuation guiding system is provided with: a sensor means for detecting surroundings; a decision means for deciding whether to close an evacuation route near the evacuation guiding device based on the detection result of the sensor means; a route computing means for searching the optimal evacuation guiding route based on the evacuation route information received from other adjacent evacuation guiding device; and a transmission means for transmitting the evacuation guiding information including the optimal evacuation route to an evacuee near the evacuation guiding device. When it is decided that the evacuation route should be closed by the evacuation route closure deciding means, the transmission means stops the transmission of the evacuation guiding information.
