An electric power control system having a human detection sensor is provided to minimize power consumption by preventing an unused power device from being turned on in user's absence. An electric power control system includes at least one power device, at least one control module(4), and at least one management module(6). The power device is operated by input power. The control module has a first human detection sensor(13) to control the power device according to a detection signal of the first human detection sensor. The management module transmits a control signal for controlling the power device to the control module through local area communication with the control module.
