<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rhythm game device capable of evaluating the competence in keeping rhythm. <P>SOLUTION: A player operates a game pulse transmitter to transmit game pulses at a uniform tempo in tune with the tempo of the BGM or without relation to the tempo of the BGM, and the accuracy of the tempo is evaluated by a rhythm game machine. In one embodiment, the player takes the rhythm at the same tempo as the BGM, which is played at a uniform tempo, out of tune of the play of the BGM.
