PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a strain body to which a strain gauge is adhered and an amplifier case for storing an amplifier substrate in line, to connect the strain gauge to the amplifier substrate through an FPC substrate, and to inexpensively protect the connecting part and the amplifier substrate with resin protective coating. SOLUTION: The amplifier case and the strain body are attached in line to an attaching section of an upper bracket fixed to the back surface of the strain body at fixing parts at both ends, and the amplifier substrate is stored in the amplifier case so that the amplifier substrate is positioned on a substantially the same plane as the surface of the strain body. Thus, the FPC substrate can be connected to the strain gauge and the amplifier substrate in a substantially the same plane without deformation. The joint between the FPC substrate and the strain gauge is protected at an accurate position and dimension by the resin protective coating, and the connecting part between the FPC substrate and the amplifier substrate and the amplifier substrate are protected in the amplifier case by hot melt low pressure molding of resin.
