<p>A rotary hook is provided to optimize the use of space in a narrow space since a motor which drives the hook and a reducer are disposed coaxially, and parts of the rotary hook are disposed perpendicular to the central axis, and to protect the accessories of the rotary device from external impact by turning a rotary hook connected to a connecting rod by a connecting pin. A rotary hook(1) comprises a motor(20), a reducer(30), a rotary axis, a hook(80), and a torque limit coupling(40). The motor, reducer, and rotary axis are installed perpendicular to the central axis(C) inside a body(10) having a connector on its upper side to be connected to a crane, and the rotatable hook is attached to the rotary axis. The rotary axis consists of a connecting rod(71) on the lower side, allowing rotation of the hook with a connecting pin, and a nut(50) which is supported by a thrust bearing to a cross head(60) mounted in a through hole on the side surface of the body by forming a threaded portion on its upper side. The torque limit coupling is installed between the reducer and the rotary axis so as to deliver power therebetween, and prevents failure of the motor and reducer by generating slip when the torque exceeds the rated torque imparted by a weight installed to the torque.</p> |
