IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form an image in an image forming apparatus capable of forming the image in a color mode and a black-and-white mode.

SOLUTION: An MFP is equipped with: a job receiving part 151 for acquiring image data; an image forming part 30 for forming the image in the color mode or in the black-and-white mode on the basis of the image data; a detection part 157 detecting whether or not the image forming part 30 can form the image in the color mode; and a job control part 159 controlling the image forming part 30 to form the image of the image data in the black-and-white mode when the detection part 157 detects that the image forming part 30 can not form the image in the color mode during image formation in the color mode.
