PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of agglomerates using an agglomeration roller compactor capable of ensuring the quality of the agglomerates in an adequate range even when the treatment amount of the agglomerates and the condition for raw materials are changed, and to provide the agglomeration roller compactor. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of agglomerates, the agglomeration roller comapctor is used, which comprises a pair of rotating rolls which are pressed by a hydraulic cylinder at a predetermined pressure and capable of adjusting the number of revolutions while the gap between the rolls is continuously fluctuated so as to maintain the predetermined pressure, and a powder feeder which is installed above the pair of rotating rolls and composed of a screw feeder and its casing. When the powder is fed on the pair of rotating rolls by the rotation of the screw feeder and pressed thereby to agglomerate the powder into a plate by the rotation of the rotating rolls, the number of revolutions of the screw feeder is controlled so that the gap between the pair of rotating rolls is constant.
