PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breaking of a diaphragm of a variable throttling device. SOLUTION: The variable throttling device 60 carrying out decompression expansion until a gas-liquid two-phase area is provided in an coolant flow upstream side of a nozzle 41, a throttling opening of the variable throttling device 60 is controlled such that a degree of superheat of a coolant in a coolant outlet side of an evaporator 30 is within a predetermined range, and the variable throttling device 60 is composed as the same as an external pressure equalization type temperature expansion valve. By this, correspondence to load fluctuation of a wide range can be provided while improving nozzle efficiency and ejector efficiency. Since the variable throttling device 60 is composed as the same as the an external pressure equalization type temperature expansion valve, optimization of a pressure change characteristic of gas to be sealed in a back pressure chamber is facilitated, and breaking of the diaphragm due a pressure difference can be prevented.
