PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of keeping high power recovering efficiency of an expander even when an operating condition is changed. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle device 300A comprises a main refrigerant circuit 301 including a main pipe 330 for successively connecting a compressing mechanism 120, a radiator 310, an expanding mechanism 130, an evaporator 320 and their elements, and a bypass circuit 302 for bypassing a part of the refrigerant after compressed by the compressing mechanism 120 before radiating the heat by the radiator 310 to the neighborhood of the expanding mechanism 130 without flowing into the radiator 310, and joining it with the refrigerant after radiating the heat by the radiator 310 before expanded.
