A sus flange coupling structure of an exhaust system is provided to increase the coupling performance at a flange section by installing protruding members at the entire surface of an inner sus flange. A sus flange coupling structure of an exhaust system comprises sus flanges(80,90) and connection pipes. The connection pipes are coupled with each other through coupling between the sus flanges using coupling bolts. The sus flanges are coupled with each other while overlapping with each other. Protruding members(97) are installed at the entire surface of the inner sus flange. The protruding member has a curved shape. The sus flanges overlapp with each other to increase the coupling force of the coupling bolts. As the height of the protruding member is gradually increased from the center portion to the edge portion of the sus flange, pressing force is increased.
