摘要 <p>A polarization-insensitive one way quantum key receiver and a transceiver system are provided to perform quantum cryptography communication at high speed without being affected by polarization and phase drift in quantum key distribution systems and to build a system economically in addition by performing passive compensation rather than active compensation. A polarization-insensitive one way quantum key receiver comprises a polarization-insensitive optical phase modulator part(310), an asymmetric Mach Zehnder interferometer(320), and photon detectors(330). The polarization-insensitive optical phase modulator part is for modulating the phase of an input optical pulse signal regardless of a polarization state of the optical pulse signal. The asymmetric Mach Zehnder interferometer causes interference in an optical signal photons received from the polarization-insensitive optical phase modulator part and outputs to the photon detectors. The photon detectors detect input photons and generate an electrical signal. Here, depending on whether an optical signal outputted from the asymmetric Mach Zehnder interferometer causes constructive interference or destructive interference, a photon is detected at one of the two photon detectors.</p>
