An improved structure for an automobile fender insulator is provided to facilitate installation of the fender insulator by inserting clips to a fender panel. An improved structure for an automobile fender insulator comprises a plate(310), a clip unit(320), a fitting units, and a filling material(340). The plate is installed between a fender panel(100) and a side outer panel(200). The clip unit is integrated with the plate and inserted into a bent surface(110) of the fender panel which is bent toward the side outer panel. The fitting units are attached to two ends of the plate and formed like 'Ý‹'. The filling material is installed in the fitting unit of the plate to prevent noise from coming into the vehicle.
