BIOLOGICAL MARKERS FOR DIAGNOSING PARKINSON'S DISEASE AND USES THEREOF

Protein markers are provided to be used as a target material for alleviating symptoms of brain diseases by amplifying the brain diseases when the expression is decreased by parkin gene mutation and be developed as a therapeutic agent by becoming a defense mechanism of brain such as relieving stress when the expression is increased. A biological marker used for diagnosing Parkinson's disease is at least one selected from the group consisting of a cytoskeleton related protein, an energy metabolism related protein, a signal transduction related protein, a stress/detoxification related protein, a protein folding related protein, a protein degradation related protein and a neurotransmitter metabolism related protein. To alleviate or treating brain diseases including Parkinson's diseases, the biological marker is used as a target material. A therapeutic agent of brain diseases comprises the biological marker as an effective ingredient.
