A column shroud structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent a driver from being injured several times in a collision by causing a shroud to stay in a cluster housing and a leaf spring to be located at the back inside the shroud. A column shroud structure for a vehicle comprises a leaf spring(15), a locking unit, and a band(30). The leaf spring bends in a shroud(7) and resiles straight when shock is applied. The locking unit keeps the shroud bent circularly. The band connects the shroud with a knee bolster(10) and deforms the shroud to unlock the locking unit in a collision. The locking unit includes hooks attached to one end of the shroud and locking holes in which the hooks are inserted.
