An impact transfer apparatus set and an earthquakeproof apparatus for simultaneously controlling earthquake load of throttle direction and throttle rectangular direction for a bridge are provided to reduce the installation hour and improve the earthquakeproof function by containing the connection pin connecting the upper bracket and the connection rod. An impact transfer apparatus set(140) and an earthquakeproof apparatus for a bridge comprises a body manufactured by a metal material, wherein a cylinder is filled with an inner filler, and a groove is installed at the upper surface to pass the shear rod of an upper plate bracket(110); a flange having a hole and a filler injection hole where a rod is slid at both ends of the body; a piston head manufactured by a metal plate having a predetermined interval with the cylinder inner wall; and the rod attached to penetrate the piston head, wherein a thread is processed at both ends. A connection rod is connected at the rod, and the upper plate bracket is attached with the vertical plate and the shear rod to connect the edge of the connection rod by a connection pin. The connection pin connects the upper plate bracket and the connection rod.
