An automatic floodgate using gravity is provided to operate the floodgate without a power supply automatically by storing a fluid discharged from operating force of the floodgate body and by opening/closing the floodgate by the compressed fluid pressure. An automatic floodgate using gravity comprises a floodgate supporter(10), a floodgate body(20), a floodgate opening unit, and a floodgate closing unit(60). The floodgate supporter has a pair of vertical parts(11) and a connecting part(16) fixing the vertical parts. Two ends of the floodgate body are rotated at the vertical parts by using a pair of hinge shafts. The flood opening unit includes a pair of rotary levers whose one end is integrally rotated at the hinge shaft, and a pair of first cylinders which are rotated at the vertical parts and which are connected with the other end of the rotary lever and with a piston rod. The floodgate closing unit includes more than second cylinders, an outer cell cover, a support plate, and at least one weight laid on the support plate. The vertical parts are connected with communication pipes, and fluid lines(50) are installed in the communication pipes. |
