FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in aircraft production, in particular, in welding with mixing of the aircraft components to make lap joints between the stiffening members and the skin inner surface. A sealer layer is arranged between the adjoining surfaces of aluminum or its alloy in the welding zone and least, the parts of surfaces get jointed by friction welding with mixing through the sealer. The sealer is selected allowing for its solidification without any damages at welding temperatures. In particular, fluroelastomer can be used as a sealer with its subsequent polymerisation in welding. Additional heat from laser or inductor may be used for solidification. ^ EFFECT: protection against corrosion on the welds between jointed surfaces. ^ 14 cl, 4 dwg |
