PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber mounting structure for a leaf suspension capable of suppressing the efficiency variation of a shock absorber by correcting a change in inclination angle in a direction eliminating the change at the time of the stroke of the shock absorber even if the shock absorber is arranged slantingly. SOLUTION: In this shock absorber mounting structure, the vehicle body mounting side end of the shock absorber 5 is mounted in a vehicle body 1 via a rotating link 6, and a lever 41 extended from a vehicle body mounting section in a shackle 4 and the vehicle body mounting side end of the shock absorber 5 are connected via a connecting link 7, thereby transmitting the movement of the shackle 4 at the time of the stroke of the shock absorber 5 to the vehicle body mounting side end of the shock absorber 5.
