PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench composite processing device capable of carrying out lathe working and milling and capable of especially constituting a flat surface shape to be compact in size. SOLUTION: This bench composite processing device is provided with an XY table to hold a cutting tool B in lathe working and to hold a work W in milling, a head holding member 91 to hold a main spindle head 90 and a supporting frame 170 to support the main spindle head 90 through the head holding member 91 free to revolve between a horizontal position and a vertical position with a revolving fulcrum 171 as its center, and the revolving fulcrum 171 is set so that the working center P of the lathe working to the work W by the cutting tool B and a working center P of milling to the work W by a milling blade F match with each other in a vertical surface including an axis of the main spindle head 90.
