PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise caused by attraction exerted between several core members of a reactor. SOLUTION: A magnetic core 20 in the reactor 10 is composed of a first core member 30 constituting a wound part with windings 21, and a second core member 40 constituting a non-wound part without windings, in which these core members are combined through a gap part 50. The first core member is formed of a bar-like member having a cross section of circular form, elliptic form or polygonal form. The second core member is formed so as to cover the end part of the first core member. Then, the surface on which attraction acts between these first and second core member is composed of a curved surface or a plurality of flat surfaces, and a soft resin material 60 is filled in the gap part formed between these core members.
