PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a shopping cart becomes an obstacle in a store having small space or when buying small quantity of merchandise, when eliminating a card for providing information on merchandise and outputting information by a printer loaded on a shopping cart. SOLUTION: This electronic shelf label device for displaying the price of merchandise or the like is provided with a display panel for displaying the information of merchandise and a printing function for printing out information on the merchandise. The printing function prints out the information on a plurality of merchandise.
