PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of guiding static electricity charged to a metal coating portion to a reference potential part within a casing even in a display plate to which a scattering preventive film is stuck. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 of the present invention includes: a first casing 2; a plate member 4 including a transmissive glass substrate 10 disposed on the outer surface of the first casing 2 and a metal coating member 11 coated on the rear surface of the glass substrate 10 at the inner side of the casing; and a circuit board 7 disposed within the first casing 2 to mount an electronic component 19 thereon. Furthermore, the electronic apparatus 1 includes a film member 12 stuck on the rear surface side of the glass substrate 10 with the metal coating member 11 in-between, and a conduction part 23 disposed while confronting to the outer peripheral portion of the plate member 4 and conducted to the ground portion 7b of the circuit board 7.
