PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can prevent a possible disadvantage suffered by players. SOLUTION: A performance display device 4 is arranged entirely over the first area sectioned as the upper area of the body frame. Also provided in the second area sectioned as the lower area of the body frame is a game board 6 which has a playing area 5 while being made smaller in the maximum vertical width than in the maximum vertical width and a front door member 7 which covers the front of the second area while making the playing area 5 of the game board 6 visually recognizable. The game board 6 is disposed biased to the side of the open/close axis of the front door member 7, and the front door member 7 is disposed in a height that matches the maximum vertical width of the game board 6.
