PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which facilitates the incorporation of high-speed serial interface, and to provide an electronic apparatus comprising the integrated circuit device. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes: data pads PD23 to PD0; I/O circuits C23 to C0 each of which receives a data signal of CMOS level from each of the data pads PD23 to PD0; a high-speed I/F circuit block which has a physical layer circuit and performs data transfer via a serial bus by using a differential signal; and a logic circuit block which receives signals from the high-speed I/F circuit block and the I/O circuits C23 to C0. At least one part of the data pads PD23 to PD0 is set into dual-purpose pads PD23, PD22 and first and second signals DP, DM constituting the differential signal are inputted to a receiver circuit 214 of the physical layer circuit via the dual-purpose pads PD23, PD22.
