PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a small clearance, conventionally unavailable with manufacturing restrictions, in a borehole of an engine mount. SOLUTION: A small assembly 40 consists of an insulator 4 in which an upper borehole 5 having an original shape is formed. Then, a hole shape deforming member 20 whose shape is different from the original shape of the upper borehole 5 and whose peripheral length L3 is greater than a peripheral length L2 of the upper borehole 5 is fitted thereto and deformed to reduce a clearance. In this state, an outside member is integrally bonded to the outer periphery thereof to hold the upper borehole 5 in a final shape after deformed.
